Despite the battle for the Absa Premiership title, Kaizer Chiefs star Itumeleng Khune still took time to praise Mamelodi Sundowns fans. Did you see what he wrote?
It seems that Amakhosi's goalkeeper is able to objectively appreciate good crowd support, despite who the supporters may be backing, as was the case on Tuesday evening as he watched Sundowns take on Cape Town City from the comfort of his home.
Although the Brazilians were unable to further extend their lead at the top of the table, following the 1-0 defeat at the hands of the Citizens, it seems as though the loss didn't stop Masandawana fans from cheering their team on, as they have been playing spectacular football over the last couple of weeks.
The Glamour Boys shot-stopper appreciated the gesture by the fans as he took to Instagram to post a picture of the singing fans along with a caption that read: "#Respect to Sundowns FC fans".

It seems that this gesture must have struck a chord with Itu.
