With much being made about who the best goalkeeper in the PSL is lately, Itumeleng Khune recently reminded fans of his place in South African football history. Did you see what he said?
The debate seemingly stems from when Mamelodi Sundowns goalkeeper Denis Onyango was named in the 2018 CAF Team of the Year, with many fans having their say on who they think the better shot-stopper is betwwen the Ugandan and Khune.
Also weighing in on the talk is "Itu" himself, who has been vocal on Twitter regarding who the best in the business is.
Earlier this month, the Bafana Bafana star took to his social media pages to post an image of himself alongside his accomplishments from the 2017/18 PSL season, and it caused a stir among rival fans.
Check it out:
This week, he tweeted about his clean sheet record in the PSL over the past 10 years, boasting of a record of 122 in 255 games (although this is unverified).
Khune's tweet:

As expected, fans reacted to Khune's Twitter post, with some praising him while others reminded him of Onyango's achievements.
