Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola showed his class when he wished Bournemouth midfielder Harry Arter well for the player's upcoming birth of his child.
City beat the Cherries 2-0 on Monday night, but the former FC Barcelona manager showed the world that football isn't just about the result.

Arter and his fiancee Rachel suffered the devastating loss of their daughter Renne when she was stillborn in December 2015, but the couple are expecting again and Guardiola personally congratulated the midfielder.

From Pep to @HarryArter2, a touch of class...

Arter later revealed what Guardiola had told him after the match, and he had high praise of the Manchester City manager.
"He offered his best wishes for me and my partner this week, which was an unbelievable touch," he said.
"He is someone I have a massive amount of respect for. I watched his Barcelona teams – and look at his Manchester City side tonight.
"For me, he is the best manager in the world. I don't think there's anybody close to him and what he has achieved.
"For him to offer that to me, I respected it and accepted it with a smile on my face."
