Emotions were running understandably high for Steven Gerrard as he wished the beloved Anfield fans "all the best" after his last ever home game for Liverpool - but it surprised some when he refused to sign a LA Galaxy shirt.
The question I ask: Why?
Gerrard announced months ago that he'll be leaving Liverpool to join the MLS outfit, LA Galaxy, so why not sign the shirt for an adoring fan?
It's a little mind boggling and slightly surprising, as I can't think one reason as to why he wouldn't sign the shirt of a club he's soon to join!
