The former SuperSport United player did not reveal details of the location; however, he did disclose that only a few final touches are needed for the Ndlovu Caves Estate to be available for rental.
The latest is that Ndlovu has completed the construction of eight more town houses. Necessities such as an electric fence, a guard house and car ports among other features were added to the properties.
While he still has some of his best footballing years ahead of him, Ndlovu is ensuring that an empire awaits him post his playing days.
