Following his exit from Orlando Pirates, Caio Marcelo took to his social media pages to pen an emotional letter where thanking the Bucs family for their support. Did you see it?
Earlier this week, Pirates confirmed the Brazilian's exit from Mayfair, citing homesickness as one of the factors that led to the decision made by both parties.
Since then, the defender has taken to social media to post a heartfelt message, in which he paid homage to the club and its supporters for their support throughout his stay in South Africa.
"Thanks for everything, Buccaneers family. It was a pleasure to participate in this journey with this wonderful club. Thanks for the unconditional support and for the affection. My debut as a professional and my first goal as a professional are special moments that I will take forever with me. I'm always supporting @orlandopirates, you have gained a special place in my heart. And never, ever will I forget the sounds of South Africa, what a sound! #OnceAlways"
