The story
Although he's currently experiencing a tough spell at Al Ahly, Percy Tau still has plenty of time for the club's avid supporters, of all ages.
During Al Ahly's CAF Champions League opening fixture at home to Stade d'Abidjan on Tuesday, Tau was seen giving away his jersey to an excited young fan, who also took a selfie with the ex-Mamelodi Sundowns star.
The 30-year-old attacker, who played for just 14 minutes in Al Ahly's 4-2 win over their Ivorian opponents, called the fan over close to the tunnel at the Cairo International Stadium to quickly hand the boy his shirt.
The clip of Tau's gesture was well received on social media, seeing a number of local football pages sharing it on their various platforms.
