Rwanda 0-1 Libya Rwanda saw their chances to qualifying for the tournament-proper ended after going down 1-0 to Libya in a Group D encounter. It's the visitors maiden win in the qualifiers and remain at the bottom, with Rwanda in third as Farouk Mohammed got the winner near the closing five minutes of the match. Instead, the loss suffered by Rwanda meant Nigeria advanced to the finals that will be played in the North African region late next year.
