According to The Sun, Napoli are desperate to offload their Nigerian marksman, and are willing to accept a swap deal with Chelsea in an effort to sign their targets.
Gli Azzurri are rumoured to be extremely keen on landing Romelu Lukaku from Stamford Bridge, and are said to be willing to accept a swap deal involving the Belgian, Cesare Casadei and a further £39 million (R903 million) in order to land the Antwerp native and for Osimhen to move in the opposite direction.
The 25-year-old Super Eagles talisman has not been a part of new Napoli manager Antonio Conte's pre-season preparations.
While the Italian tactician may not be keen on utilising the 2022/23 Serie A Golden Boot winner, the Lagos native himself has also expressed a desire to leave the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona, as confirmed by club director Giovanni Manna earlier this week.
The same report states that the Blues and Enzo Maresca are keen on recruiting the Lagos native after their deal to bring Atletico Madrid's Samu Omorodion fell through at the final stages.
Whether the move to west London comes to fruition remains to be seen, with Sky Sports Germany reporting that Osimhen, in fact, prefers a move to Paris Saint-Germain instead as he has already agreed personal terms with the French side.

The report claims that the only issue for PSG is that they still have both Randal Kolo Muani and Goncalo Ramos on their books, and structuring a deal for the current CAF Men's Player of the Year will likely prove difficult if neither leave.
