Orlando Pirates have confirmed signing exciting Angolan midfielder Deivi Miguel Vieira, who is otherwise known as Gilberto.
As reported by the Siya crew, Pirates reached an agreement to sign Gilberto yesterday following successful negotiations between the player and his representatives.

The Soweto giants have confirmed that they have entered on a three-year agreement with the highly rated player to don the club's colours as from the upcoming season.
"Orlando Pirates Football Club is pleased to announce the signing of Delvi Miguel Vieira. The 23-year-old joins the Club on a three-year deal after passing a medical and finalising personal terms," confirmed Pirates on the club's official website

"Delvi, who is better known as Gilberto, joins the Buccaneers after two seasons with Angolan Girabola champions Petro du Luanda. The enterprising forward comes off an impressive season where he starred at the African Cup of Nations in Ivory Coast earlier in the year, helping guide Angola to the quarterfinals of the competition. Gilberto is due to fly back to Angola today to finalise the necessary paperwork so that he can join the squad for its outbound Preseason Tour to Spain from July 8," confirmed the club.
Gilberto is most influential as a right winger while he can also play in all the attacking positions in midfield and as a second striker.
