Liverpool 2-0 Wolverhampton Wanderers
Jurgen Klopp ended his reign of Liverpool on a winning note after a 2-0 win over ten-man Wolverhampton Wanderers at Anfield.
Wolves had a setback just before the half-hour mark after they were reduced to ten men after Nelso Semedo was red-carded for serious foul play.
Alexis Mac Allister eventually made Liverpool's numerical advantage count six minutes later after he broke the deadlock with a close-range header from a cross by Harvey Elliott.
Jarell Quansah doubled the lead for the Reds shortly before the interval with a strike from a loose ball in the box.
Liverpool finished third on the table.
Chelsea 2-1 Bournemouth
Chelsea finished in the European places after a narrow 1-0 win over Bournemouth at Stamford Bridge.
Moises Caicedo opened the scoring for Chelsea just after the first quarter of an hour with a sensational strike from range.
Raheem Sterling gave the home side a two-goal cushion early in the second with a strike from a tight angle.
However, Bournemouth got a goal back moments later after a shot by Enes Unal was deflected off Benoit Badiashile and into the back of his own net.
Sheffield United 0-3 Tottenham Hotspur
Tottenham Hotspur qualified for the UEFA Europa League after a resounding 3-0 win over relegated Sheffield United at Bramall Lane.
Dejan Kulusevski gave Spurs the lead after 14 minutes after a pass in the box by Son Heung-Min.
Pedro Porro doubled the lead for the visitors on the hour-mark after finding space in the box and Kulusevski put the game to bed five minutes later and grabbed his brace after dribbling his way through in the box.
Crystal Palace 5-0 Aston Villa
With UEFA Champions League football secured for the first time in 41 years, Aston Villa were hammered 5-0 by Crystal Palace thanks to a hat-trick by Jean-Philippe Mateta at Selhurst Park.
Mateta opened the scoring for Palace on nine minutes and doubled their lead just before the interval and completed his brace.
Eberechi Eze put the result beyond doubt for the Eagles ten minutes into the second stanza and Mateta made it 4-0 for Palace and completed his hat-trick just after the hour-mark.
Mateta had his fourth goal moments later disallowed after a Video Assistant Referee (VAR) review but Eze eventually made it 5-0 for Palace with 21 minutes remaining.
