While he has revealed his outright favourites to win the DStv Premiership Player of the Season award, Mamelodi Sundowns head coach Rulani Mokwena has reserved special mention for Patrick Maswanganyi and Jayden Adams.

Mokwena has made no secret of who he thinks the front runners for the top individual prizes are.
Unsurprisingly, his four leading candidates are Mamelodi Sundowns players with Ronwen Williams, Teboho Mokoena, Marcello Allende and Lucas Ribeiro Costa getting the nod from the coach.
Aside from the Sundowns stars, Mokwena commended Orlando Pirates talisman Patrick Maswanganyi and Stellenbosch's Jayden Adams – who is a Sundowns target – for the seasons they have enjoyed for their respective clubs.
"I don't think we've seen the best of Lucas. Even though I think he's a close contender for Footballer of the Season," Mokwena told journalists in a post-match press conference.
"I think in my opinion, as I said, even before, it's Ronwen Williams, Lucas Ribeiro, Marcello Allende and Teboho Mokoena.
"You have to commend the contribution of [Patrick] Maswanganyi and maybe [Jayden] Adams. But the reality is, the level of Ronza, Tebza at the level of Marcello, Lucas. For me, they've been outstanding this season," he added.
