The Siya crew has been led to believe that there is a possibility that Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder Sammy Seabi could make a move during the January transfer window, but a decision is not final.
Seabi returned to Sundowns before the start of the current season after spending the last campaign on loan to Sekhukhune United, but he has been struggling to break into the team.

With Sundowns having a hectic schedule, head coach Rulani Mokwena confirmed that they needed to have Seabi on board. He has featured as a substitute on two occasions, but the Siya crew has been led to believe that the former Polokwane City player is looking to get more minutes on the pitch.
In total, he has played just under 30 minutes of football for the Premiership champions.
At the moment, there is a lot of competition in the middle of the park, with the likes of Teboho Mokoena, Sipho Mbule, Marcelo Allende, Bongani Zungu, Sphelele Mkhulise, Lebohang Maboe and Aubrey Modiba being added into the mix as someone who now plays in a more central role.
The Siya crew understands that Seabi had hoped that he would get more opportunities to prove himself at Chloorkop, but it's been difficult, and indications are that he is considering a loan move to get himself back on the pitch.

While a loan move is possible, the Siya crew understands that Mokwena would still like to have the player in the squad, especially towards the end of the season where injuries and suspensions could play a big role in the squad.
