Mamelodi Sundowns are set to table an offer for Elias Mokwana who has emerged as the sought-after player in the days leading up to the January transfer window, the Siya crew has learnt.
Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs have both showed interest in the services of the rising star who has done well for Sekhukhune United in only his first season in the top tier.

According to sources, the Brazilians are also the admirers of the 24-year-old and are showing interest in luring him to Chloorkop possibly in January as part of their hectic schedule which includes competing in the CAF Champions League.
While the attacker is still having a long-term contract, having joined the club in July from Platinum City Rovers, Babina Noko are understood to be open to selling if a good offer comes their way.

"Sundowns is also interested in Elias Mokwana and it will come down to money the way I see it. The club that is prepared to pay big for the player will likely get him. For now, all three clubs, Pirates, Chiefs and Sundowns are showing interest," said the source.
"The boy has a long-term contract with Sekhukhune but the club isn't saying they won't sell him. As things are, Sundowns is the club with the highest chance of getting him," the source said.
