The Portuguese scored as the Knights of Najd picked up a fourth consecutive win in the Saudi Pro League on Saturday, a game in which Talisca and Sadio Mane also found the back of the net.

Ronaldo, 38, also made headlines after a wayward free-kick of his during the game struck a cameraman sitting behind the goal.

The man hit by the ex-Manchester United star's effort from the edge of the area seemed to stumble backwards after the ball hit him on the head, before he kicked a nearby box in frustration.

Three men standing close to the disgruntled cameraman appeared concerned as he battled to regain his footing.

Ronaldo has scored seven goals in his past four league matches, and assisted a further four strikes during the same period.
