With the Saudi Arabian transfer window having closed late on Thursday night, here are four more players who left Europe to join the Saudi Pro League in recent days.

Although league champions Al Ittihad reportedly pushed to sign Liverpool's Mohamed Salah, the Egypt international will be staying at Anfield for now after the Saudi window slammed shut on Thursday.
Manchester United's Jadon Sancho was also believed to be a target for teams in the Gulf state, but, like Salah, he will continue in the Premier League at least for the time being amid rumours of a rift between him and Erik ten Hag.
While it was a relatively quiet final few days of the window in Saudi, three more players did trade Europe for the Middle East for the 2023/24 campaign.
Belgium international Yannick Carrasco completed a switch from Atletico Madrid to Al Shabab in a deal worth €15 million (R307 million).
Gambian winger Musa Barrow, meanwhile, left Serie A side Bologna to join Al Taawoun in the Saudi Pro League after the clubs agreed a transfer fee of €8 million (R163 million).
On deadline day, Demarai Gray left Premier League side Everton to join Steven Gerrard's Al Ettifaq, with the Toffees eventually agreeing to sell him for €9.3 million (R190 million).

Lastly, last season's league winners Al Ittihad welcomed 26-year-old centre-back Luiz Felipe to their ranks from Real Betis, who have reportedly pocketed €25 million (R511 million) from his sale.
