Pirates’ Long-Term Plans For Talented Young Stars…

Orlando Pirates are said to be in no rush on Azola Matrose and Ronaldo Maarman who are at Chippa United, and this despite the player movements that are planned between the two clubs, according to sources.

At the end of last season, the Buccaneers signed Matrose from Chippa although they immediately loaned him back to the club, while Ronaldo Maarman who had come back from a loan spell with Cape Town All Stars joined him at the Eastern Cape outfit.

Bucs also signed Bienvenu Eva Nga and Sipho Chaine from Chippa, while Sandile Mthethwa returned from a loan spell with the Gqeberha-based side, with sources indicating that there could be further player movements between the two clubs in the next transfer window in January.

According to sources, Eva Nga and Mthethwa are some of the players that have attracted interest from Chippa although Bucs would decide their future when planning for the second half of the season after the World Cup break depending on the recommendations of head coach Jose Riveiro and his technical team.
