Only a single group-stage match remains for each side competing in this season's Champions League, although, for some, there will not be any more fixtures to look forward to after that.

Barcelona's elimination from the tournament was confirmed on Wednesday night prior to their 3-0 home defeat to Bayern Munich, with Robert Lewandowski failing to find the back of the net in both ties against his former side.

The Poland international has, however, amassed five Champions League goals in the colours of the Blaugrana, while Messi's stunning brace on Tuesday night means he has now struck on four occasions in the tournament so far.

A number of players across the competition are level with the seven-time Ballon d'Or winner on four goals, while Manchester City's Erling Haaland has found the net as many times as the aforementioned Lewandowski.

Haaland began his tournament with a brace against Sevilla in Group G, following up that performance with a goal against his former side Borussia Dortmund the next week. He then netted twice against Copenhagen earlier this month.

The two leaders in the ranking, Mohamed Salah and Kylian Mbappe, have impressed with an impressive six goals in five UCL matches so far, with both of their respective clubs, Liverpool and Paris Saint-Germain, already through to the round of 16.
