Mamelodi Sundowns co-coach Manqoba Mngqithi said it might be embarrassing for Orlando Pirates not to have most of the possession at home whe they meet in the MTN8 on Saturday.
Sundowns travel to Orlando to continue their defence of the title, with the first leg tie starting away from home. Being it a home match for Pirates, Mngqithi says the Bucs supporters would expect their club to have most of the ball on the day, or else it would be embarrassing for them.

In his analysis of the Buccaneers, Mngqithi says the Soweto giants are still a transitional side and they do better when they are not in possession of the ball.
"To be honest, there is a lot of positive work that has been done at Pirates. You can never take that for granted. But the statistics are saying they are still a transitional team. They are a team that does better when they do not have much of the ball. But they are playing at home in front of their supporters and they are expected to take control of the game," Mngqithi told the media in a press conference at Chloorkop on Thursday, ahead of the clash against the Buccaneers.

"It will not look nice and it might be embarrassing for them not to have the ball at home, so it's going to be a nice catch-22 situation, because like you say, the games where they have won are the games where they have had less possession. I don't think their supporters, with the hype and everything and the confidence that everybody seems to have, would want to give away that advantage of controlling the tempo and intensity of the game. It's going to be a very interesting match, to be honest."
