The Siya crew has been informed that Pirates are looking to continue their recent trend of blooding in new faces to the club's first team with another youngster poised for a promotion.
As reported by the Siya crew in edition 1255 of Soccer Laduma, last year Pirates discussed the possibility of adding 17-year-old striker Mohau Nkota to the club's first team in January.
Nkota has impressed for coach Mandla Qhogi's side this season, which has managed to catch the eye of the club's first team coaches Mandla Ncikazi and Fadlu Davids.
Now, the latest news reaching the Siya crew is that Nkota has been handed a first team contract at the club and that he will be joining up with the Bucs first team when they resume action in February.
According to Siya sources the speedy striker will enjoy a similar role to the likes of Boitumelo Radiopane, Simiso Bophela and Thabiso Monyane where he will provide much-needed cover for the club's first team if needs be, while turning out for the DStv Diski Challenge side to ensure game time.
