It is always a difficult thing to ask a man to separate himself from something he built. Jomo Sono founded Jomo Cosmos in 1983, and has had an iron grip on the coaching duties of the team ever since. The side has had some shining moments, but in recent years has left much to be desired. Some supporters are calling for his head, while others say he should do what he likes.

Another Supporter, Shepard Sithole, thinks Jomo is good when it comes to beating Chiefs and Pirates and that he is not a bad coach, but a fresh style is needed in Ezenkosi.
"Jomo Sono, he needs to hire a new coach," he said.
"It doesn't mean he is a bad coach, but he needs to hire someone who can change their style of football.
"I know he is good at beating Chiefs/Pirates, but there is still 13 other teams in the league."
