NEW: Ancelotti 'Facing' Prison Sentence

Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti is reportedly facing up to four years in prison.

The Italian tactician has found himself in some hot water as his tax fraud case will be heading to Spanish courts.

The Los Blancos tactician stands accused of misinforming the tax office in order to avoid paying over €1 million in income charges between 2014 and 2025.

The alleged offences were believed to have taken place during Ancelotti's first managerial spell at the Santiago Bernabeu.

According to Sport, the prosecutors claim that the salary from Real was his only source of income in that period as he did not take charge of Bayern Munich until 2016.

The reports that prosecutors have requested a four-year prison sentence if the 65-year-old tactician is found guilty.
