As Peter explains in today's episode, Tinkler has the backing of Pirates Chairman, Dr Irvin Khoza, but that will change if Bucs don't win their next three fixtures and gain nine points. 

Bucs play Maritzburg next, followed by Jomo Cosmos and the Soweto Derby against rivals, Kaizer Chiefs, which could end up deciding his future.
