Cape Town City have made their sixth signing ahead of the 2017/18 campaign by adding another goalkeeper to Head Coach Benni McCarthy's squad.
The Cape Town-based club have taken full advantage of the current July/August transfer window, as they prepare for their upcoming campaign in both domestic and continental competitions.
After adding the likes of Ayanda Patosi and Lyle Lakay to the team's attacking department, the 2016 Telkom Knockout winners have since confirmed the signing of former AmaZulu FC goalkeeper, Sage Stephens.

It was previously confirmed on Soccer Laduma that their 2016/17 Absa Premiership goalkeeper nominee, Shuaib Walters put pen to paper on a one-year extension with the Mother City-based club, with City since strengthening their goalkeeping department with the acquisition of Stephens.
City now have on their books, Walters, Stephens and Samora Motloung in their goalkeeping department and it remains to be seen who will be donning the number one jersey in the new 2017/18 campaign.
