Thamsanqa Sangweni has signed with a 10th club of his career, having already been at some of the big guns in Mzansi, including Mamelodi Sundowns and Orlando Pirates, among other teams.
Following a stint with TS Sporting in the GladAfrica Championship this season after leaving Chippa United, Sangweni parted ways with the second tier league outfit in January.
The Dondotha-born player appeared to be on the radar of DStv Premiership club Marumo Gallants although nothing materialised, after training under the team's head coach Dan Malesela.
The 32-year-old midfielder has been confirmed as a signing for Eastern Cape ABC Motsepe League club, BCM Stars.
"The club is pleased to announce the signing of Thamsanqa Sangweni. Thamsanqa Sangweni previously played for teams like Orlando Pirates, Mamelodi Sundowns and Chippa United. Welcome Thami Sangweni," confirmed BCM Stars on the club's social media platforms.
Since coming through as a youngster at AmaZulu, Sangweni has also played for Ajax Cape Town, Richards Bay FC, Maritzburg United and Mbabane Highlanders, among other clubs.
