Nontshinga, who has had stints at Mpumalanga Black Aces and Polokwane City, spent some of last season at ABC Motsepe side, FC Buffalo, but left the club before the end of the season.
The 27-year-old striker is now looking to resurrect his career at Roses, where he has reunited with his former Bloemfontein Celtic mentor, Clinton Larsen.
According to sources, the Port Elizabeth-born marksman turned down offers from Cape Town clubs, Santos and Vasco da Gama, in favour of playing for Roses.

Nontshinga's representative, Ratshibvumo Mulovhedzi of Rush Hour Sports Managent confirmed to the Siya crew that Nontshinga has signed for AmaRoza.
"We had two offers from NFD sides, but the Roses offer was better, so we opted for it. We'll review his situation in January. I would like to thank the Roses management for signing him," commented Mulovhedzi.
