Kaizer Chiefs winger, Siphiwe Tshabalala, has indicated that his side's inability to score goals is a cause for concern.

The Amakhosi have only managed to score 20 goals in their 14 PSL encounters this season, with 11 of those strikes coming in three games.

Chiefs lack of fire power in front of goals has been a major contributing factor to the worrying amount of draws they have racked up and 'Shabba' has indicated that it is an area of concern that the whole squad are working on.

"Yes, it's a worrying factor but not only for the strikers – it's worrying to the whole team. It's a challenge that we face as a team and that needs to be fixed as a collective as well," Tshabalala told Soccer Laduma.

"We do create goalscoring opportunities and in most cases the opposition keeper makes a great save. We've had a number of good one-on-ones, like in the TKO cup final, when their keeper (Denis Onyango) saved them.

"We are getting into good areas but we are just not scoring. I think with time it will happen. We just need to be clinical and create chances for each other."
