The pressure is mounting for Ayanda Dlamini – the AmaZulu caretaker coach – as the relegation-threatened Durban-based outfit is still in search of the first win post the Coronavirus break.
Usuthu have moved back to 16th on the Absa Premiership log after losing 2-1 against Bidvest Wits on Friday, as Black Leopards and Polokwane City won and drew respectively in their most recent matches.
In their remaining four matches, Usuthu have to collect enough points to boost their chances of staying in the topflight, starting with the clash against Bloemfontein Celtic on Monday at the Lucas Moripe Stadium.
"We don't have enough time before our next game on Monday, so we start preparing again and start getting the guys to be mentally ready for the next game. We cannot look at Wits now it's gone, we can only look forward to the next game and try to prepare for that one and try to fight in that game," Dlamini told the media after the clash on Friday.
