Kaizer Chiefs midfielder, Phakamani Mngadi, is in the process of recovering from a hamstring injury that stopped him from training over the Christmas break.

Mngadi, 20, is currently on loan to the Amakhosi from AS Eupen in Belgium, however has hardly played since returning to South Africa, getting just five minutes of PSL action up to now.
The Siya crew reported last week that Mngadi was now struggling with an injury that had kept him out of Chiefs' mini pre-season training, and it was yesterday confirmed by his head coach, Stuart Baxter, that he is in the process of recovering from a hamstring tear.

The youngster is only expected to return to full training in the next week or so as he continues his rehabilitation, though he may get the opportunity to play more as the season goes on and the Glamour Boys' schedule gets busier.
