About their project, Mashishi said, "As part of our project, we have organised a team of 18 to 20 players to bring to Europe to play pre-season friendly matches with professional clubs. We invite coaches, sporting directors and scouts from different clubs in and around Poland. We get scouts coming from Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech (Republic) and they come to pick and choose from our players. We make sure that we bring free agent players so it is easy to sign if they impress. Out of the latest 18 that we brought here, we have managed to secure deals for nine."
