After a successful assessment with Belgian second division side RWD Molenbeek, the Siya crew has the latest on Kaizer Chiefs youngster Sfiso Timba.
The 19-year-old has returned home to South Africa, with his future in the first team of Amakhosi now believed to be imminent.

As previously reported by Soccer Laduma, defender Timba impressed during his two-week stint in Belgium.
However, insiders close to the player and club have indicated that Chiefs have opted to bring Timba back to integrate him into the first team.
"He is back. Yes, he did very well and impressed but there were a few issues which the two clubs did not agree on and that is why he had to come back. This doesn't mean his door for a European move is shut. No. It's wide open and with his qualities it could be sooner than later. But for now, he had to come back," the Siya source stated.
A second insider explained that part of the decision was to prepare Timba for first-team action.
"You remember what happened to Mduduzi Shabalala? It's more or less the same scenario and they want him to be promoted to the first team and it suits him better than it would have been for him moving to Belgium at this point. The team has plans for him as well, " the second source told the Siya crew.

Timba has been performing well for the Amakhosi DDC side under Vela Khumalo and was part of the Under-20 South Africa national team that won the COSAFA Under-20 Cup in Mozambique.
Chiefs may now look to promote him as backup to Reeve Frosler and Dillan Solomons in the senior team.
Soccer Laduma reached out to Chiefs for comment but received no response at the time of publication.
