AmaZulu remains motivated after the side's win over Kaizer Chiefs and striker Bonginkosi Ntuli says that the belief in camp is that the Durban-based club will avoid relegation.
Ntuli, who is the team's leading goalscorer, is confident that Usuthu will get their campaign going by getting positive results against Baroka FC on 15 August at the Lucas Moripe Stadium.
"I think we're ready as a team. We have the belief that we can come out of the position we're currently in. Our hopes are still quite high, everyone has been pushing at training even though it has been a long and difficult wait. We have to go onto our game against Baroka with everything we've got," Ntuli said, and speaking on the club's official website.
Ntuli scored the goal when AmaZulu defeated Chiefs 1-0 at FNB Stadium in March to boost the chances of survival for the 15th-placed KwaZulu-Natal outfit.
