Football Betting Tips - Here Are Tips Ahead Of Fixtures By Soccer 6.
Everton who are currently placed in 13th spot on the English Barclays Premiership table host Southampton on Saturday, April 4, at Goodison Park. Roberto Martinez's side are out to avenge the heavy defeat they suffered at the hands of Ronald Koeman's team. The Toffees' season is pretty much over with European contention out of their reach but are safe from being relegated. Southampton who are still within an outside chance of making the top four, will seek to make it a double when they travel to Walton in Liverpool. The St. Mary's side has the best defensive record in the Premier League all season long, having conceded only 21 goals in 30 matches. The last meeting between the two sides saw The Saints ran out 3-0 victors back in December of 2014.   Bottom-placed Leicester City are in action against West Ham United on Saturday, April 4, at the King Power Stadium. The Foxes have endured a torrid season since their return to top-flight football this season. Nigel Pearson's men have only claimed four victories the entire season out of 29 league matches, however a win over the Hammers on the weekend could see them move off the foot of the table for the first time since November. With six of their nine remaining league fixtures coming at home, City's home form will be pivotal in their EPL survival bid. Sam Allardyce's troops are out to complete a double after goals in either half from Andy Carroll and Stewart Downing helped the Hammers to a convincing win in the two teams' last league clash.   Manchester United's quest for top four is firmly in their hands as they prepare to take on Aston Villa on Saturday, April 4, at Old Trafford. The Red Devils are currently sat in fourth spot in the Barclays Premier League as the end to the season draws nearer. Before the international break, Luis Van Gaal's men picked up consecutive wins over Tottenham Hotspur (3-0) Liverpool (2-1) and, will be looking to keep their winning momentum going. With 10 matches remaining, the Reds could finish as high as second spot if they claim maximum points in remaining ties and other results go in their favour. The clash against Villa will mark close to six years since the dramatic 3-2 win when Federico Macheda hit a sensational curler in the 93th minute at the Theatre of Dreams. The Villa Park outfit ended United's six-game winning run with a hard-earned 1-1draw when the two teams last played. Tim Sherwood's troops are still in relegation danger and just six points clear of the drop zone.   Swansea City host Hull City at Liberty Stadium on Saturday, April 4, on the back of a hard-fought 1-0 win over Aston Villa last time out. Gary Monk's side are currently in eighth place on the EPL standings. The Tigers are under huge relegation threat and came short in their last home match when they narrowly lost 3-2 to league pace-setters, Chelsea, but will very much fancy their chances on increasing their survival chances by pulling away from the relegation axe.    Relegation candidates, Queens Park Rangers, travel to the Hawthorns to take on West Bromwich Albion on Saturday, April 4. Chris Ramsey's team narrowly lost 1-0 in their last league match against Everton. Placed second from bottom, Rangers will be in search of their first win there since 1999, and in the process extend their winning run against the Saints to three matches in a row. The hosts will come out guns blazing as a win for WBA would in all likelihood ensure their Premier League status for another year.   English Championship club, Bolton Wanderers host bottom-placed Blackpool at Macron Stadium on Saturday, April 4. The Trotters were unlucky not to come away with all the three points against Wigan Athletic in their last match after Martyn Waghorn's 94th-minute overhead kick snatched a point for struggling Wigan. Bolton, who are managed by former Celtic boss Neil Lennon, currently sit 17th in the table, 10 points above the relegation zone.    Former English Barclays Premiership outfits, Leeds United and Blackburn Rovers will square up against each other on Saturday, April 4, at Eland Road. The home side are currently dealing with some technical staff issues after assistant coach Steve Thompson was suspended by the club. This season the two teams are separated by only two points, but in last season's league encounter, Jordan Rhodes scored two second-half goals as 10-man Rovers fought back to secure a dramatic 2-1 win over Leeds.    Championship sides, Reading and Cardiff City are in action on Saturday, April 4 at the Madejski Stadium. The Royals are looking to complete a double over the Blue Birds after Hal Robson-Kanu struck a late winner as they beat Cardiff in the FA Cup fourth round back in January. Steve Clarke's men also have revenge in mind after Cardiff claimed a 2-1 league win over them in November 2014.
If you are a betting person, here are tips ahead of the fixtures brought to you by Soccer 6 and AmaZulu defender, Roscoe Petersen.    For more info on this and other fixtures, go to the Soccer 6 website here or the Soccer 6 mobi-site here.
EVERTON V SOUTHAMPTON    League position: Everton 13th and Southampton 6th   Useful facts: Everton have had something of a disappointing season under Roberto Martinez, and finishing in the European places now seems a remote possibility for the Toffees. This mean Southampton, who are still chasing a top four finish, will be targeting all three points at Goodison Park.    Roscoe Pietersen: Draw.   LEICESTER CITY V WEST HAM UNITED    League position: City 20th and West Ham 9th   Useful facts: City are pretty much dead and buried at the wrong end of the English Premiership table. Nigel Pearson's men have been simply outgunned by the rest of the teams in the English top flight. Visiting West Ham will fancy their chances of picking up all three points on offer.    Roscoe Pietersen: West Ham away win.   MANCHESTER UNITED V ASTON VILLA   League position: United 4th and Villa 16th   Useful facts: United have been enjoying a rich run of form of late and it appears Louis van Gaal has finally stumbled on a formation that works for the club. Villa, who have had something of a resurgence under Tim Sherwood, will be firm underdogs in this clash at Old Trafford.    Roscoe Pietersen: Man U win for sure!    SWANSEA CITY V HULL CITY   League position: Swansea 8th and Hull 15th Useful facts: Swansea are still in with a shout of securing Europa League football next season. It would be a good achievement for a side that haven't anywhere near the amount of resources of some of English football's bigger guns. Meanwhile, Hull aren't totally clear of relegation and will likely see a draw as a good result.   Roscoe Pietersen: Swansea victory.   WEST BROMWICH ALBION V QUEENS PARK RANGERS   League position: West Brom 14th and QPR 19th Useful facts: In another match which could have relegation implications, West Brom host struggling QPR at home. West Brom are arguably a win away from survival, whereas QPR need to start winning regularly soon. The London club has to take something out of this contest.    Roscoe Pietersen: Yoh, West Brom win.   BOLTON WANDERERS V BLACKPOOL   League position: Bolton 17th and Blackpool 24th   Useful facts: In this Championship clash, former Premier League mainstay, Bolton, welcome the seemingly dead and buried Blackpool to the Macron Stadium. Bolton will fancy their chances as Blackpool are 17 points away from safety. This should be a stroll in the park for the Trotters.    Roscoe Pietersen: Bolton win.   LEEDS UNITED V BLACKBURN ROVERS   League position: Leeds 13th and Rovers 10th   Useful facts: In this rather meaningless middle of the table battle in England's second tier, Leeds take on Blackburn. This could be a dour affair as both outfits aren't exactly setting the world on fire. This game seems to be headed for a draw.    Roscoe Pietersen: Draw.    READING V CARDIFF CITY    League position: Reading 19th and Cardiff 14th   Useful facts: It wasn't too long ago that Reading were a competitive side in the English Premiership. How quickly fortunes can change as the Royals are now near the bottom of the Championship. Kagisho Dikgacoi's Cardiff are also having a season to largely forget. This could be a contest decided by the odd goal.      Roscoe Pietersen: Reading home win.
