Mlungisi Ngubane
Cape Town All Stars have confirmed the appointment of Mlungisi 'Professor' Ngubane as their new head coach. Ngubane takes over the reins at Igugu Lekapa from Jerobeam Koert and Aschwin Suttor, who were in charge as an interim solution. Stars CEO Elasto Kapoweza told the club's official website: "We are happy to confirm that Mlungisi Ngubane has been appointed as the new Cape Town All Stars coach. "We feel that we have found the perfect candidate for the position, due to his vast experience in this division, and the footballing philosophy he employs. We are confident that Mr Ngubane will lead the club in the direction we want to be going – challenging for promotion to the PSL. "We would like to sincerely thank the previous coaching team, Jerobeam Koert and Aschwin Sutton, who were at the club in a caretaker role, for all their hard work and efforts and wish them the very best for their future endeavours." Ngubane has previously coached the likes of Thanda Royal Zulu, Nathi Lions, Golden Arrows, Chippa United, Maritzburg United, Black Leopards and Durban Bush Bucks.
