The crew previously reported that the club and the keeper parted ways at the end of last season, however, the club has since made a decision to keep the shot-stopper.
Sources close to the deal indicate that Petim will be the third choice net minder after Anssi Jaakkola and Brandon Petersen respectively. In addition, the Parow-born keeper will also work in the youth development structure of the club as a goalkeeeper coach.
The 29-year-old keeper didn't play a single game for the Urban Warriors in the 2013/14 PSL season. He joined Ajax in 2004 until 2012, and was loaned out to Golden Arrows and Vasco Da Gama, where he made a comeback at the beginning of the past season.
