Absa Premiership   Teams: Baroka FC 2-0 Cape Town City    Date: 27 January 2018   Venue: Peter Mokaba Stadium    Baroka FC ended their five-game winless run in the Absa Premiership with a 2-0 victory over Cape Town City at the Peter Mokaba Stadium.   View The PSL Table   Benni McCarthy's charges should have been ahead in the second minute after Judas Moseamedi went clear on goal, but his looped shot came off the upright and was comfortably cleared away.   in the 19th minute, Lyle Lakay was unlucky to see his goal-bound shot deflected inside the box after having a lot of space to pick his spot.   Mpho Kgaswane eventually broke the deadlock for the home side in the 35th, working a brilliant training-ground free-kick to split open the wall and rifle his shot past the unexpectant Shu-aib Walters.   McCarthy then brought on Ebrahim Seedat with five minutes remaining and the pacy full-back carved out an opening straight away when he crossed for Judas Moseamedi, who failed to direct his header on target.   However, the Limpopo side sealed the win in the 89th minute when Kgaswane bagged his second goal with a superb left-footed strike from 25-yards out following a blistering counter-attack.   View The PSL Results   Here's how they lined up:
