Kaizer Chiefs head coach, Ernst Middendorp doesn't want his side to concentrate on the league title at this moment in time.
Chiefs suffered only their third loss of the Absa Premiership campaign on the weekend, after a 2-1 defeat at the hands of Maritzburg United at the FNB Stadium.
"It is another casual error from our side that got them their first goal. From there on, it was a confusion that allowed them to get their second goal. But at Chiefs we win and lose together, so, we will not point fingers at anyone," Middendorp said on Chiefs' official website.
Amakhosi have no time to lick their wounds, as they have to get back to winning ways quickly, with their gap at the top having since been cut down to six points.
"It is not about the league title. I've said it before … We must forget about the title race at this stage, calm down and let us talk about the title at match 30 of the season. For now, yes, we have a lead, but it is just a position on the log. It is game on. We have 10 more games to go and everyone of them will be crucial," he added.
Chiefs will lock horns with Orlando Pirates in their next league clash on February 28, at the FNB Stadium.
