France v Sweden (World Cup qualifier)
FIFA rankings:France 7th Sweden 39th
Useful facts: While France are undefeated in 90 minutes in their last five matches, Sweden have lost back-to-back games and will not feel confident knowing that they've lost nine of their last 19 against the 1998 World Champions.
David Modise: I'll give this one to the French.
USA v Mexico (World Cup qualifier)
FIFA Rankings: USA 24th Mexico 17th
Useful facts: Another major rivalry will see its latest instalment when these neighbouring nations meet. Mexico will fancy their chances, having won four of their last five World Cup qualifiers and drawing one. The USA has won three qualification games in that timeframe, but have lost 21 times against Mexico, while winning 17 and drawing 10 in 48 encounters between the two, which makes for difficult reading for the Americans.
David Modise: USA.
South Africa v Senegal (World Cup qualifier)
FIFA Rankings: South Africa 62nd Senegal 32nd
Useful facts: Historically, this match is about as even as it comes, with three draws and a win apiece for each side from five previous meetings. Bafana are undefeated in their last five games and in their last three World Cup qualifiers, while Senegal have won three of their last five.
David Modise: Well, I can't say my country will lose, so I'll say Bafana will win. It will be a surprise.
Croatia v Iceland (World Cup qualifier)
FIFA Rankings: Croatia 16th Iceland 21st
Useful facts: Croatia are undefeated in 90 minutes in five games and have won three of those matches, while Iceland have won the same number in that timeframe. However, of their four previous meetings, Iceland have failed to beat their opponents once, with Croatia having won three times. However, given Iceland's status as a rising football nation, you wouldn't put it past them to cause an upset.
David Modise:I'll give it to Croatia… I'll always favour them.
