Orlando Pirates could be set to register Eethe Khaukanani for competitive PSL football with the first team in the upcoming transfer window in January if the latest information about the latest developments regarding the Soweto giants is anything to go by.

The young striker was signed by from Free State Stars in October. He had been playing for Ea Lla Koto in the MultiChoice Diski Challenge and was expected to graduate to the club's senior team.
While it was reported, in issue 999 of Soccer Laduma, that Pirates and Stars were expected to head to the PSL DRC for the player, new information has emerged that an agreement has been reached between the parties for the striker to remain with Bucs.
As confirmed by his agent Ratshibvumo Mulovhedzi, Khaukanani is currently with Bucs' MDC side, under coach Zipho Dlangalala.
"He (Khaukanani) is with Pirates and there are no issues between the two clubs, as far as I know," Mulovhedzi said.
"It's true that the two clubs have reached an agreement for the player."

Back home in Limpopo, Khaukanani will be remembered for the six goals he scored for SAB League side Madridtas FC in their 11-0 win over Tshidimbini Brave Lions in April, before he was scouted for Stars in Bethlehem.
