Orlando Pirates have received a major boost ahead of Saturday’s MTN8 final against Platinum Stars with the news that midfielder Thandani Ntshumayelo has started full training after recovering from his ankle injury.

The news of Ntshumayelo’s return to full training was confirmed by Pirates PRO Mickey Modisane.

“Yes, Bibo is here at training with the team. He has recovered and is training with the rest of the team,” Modisane told the Siya crew.

Ntshumayelo’s return will come as relief to Bucs coach Roger de Sa, as he has Andile Jali out due to a shoulder injury.

Meanwhile, striker Collins Mbesuma is also expected to resume training soon.

Pirates will face Platinum Stars in the MTN8 final at the Moses Mabhida Stadium on Saturday.

The game will be televised live on SuperSport and SABC1.
