Premier League giants Manchester United have reportedly joined the race to sign a striker expected to be worth €60 million (R923m).
Reports: Mourinho Targets Three Atletico Stars
According to the Daily Mirror, the Old Trafford club is busy monitoring Porto and Portugal striker Andre Silva quite closely.
It is said that the 21-year-old has caught the attention of Barcelona, Real Madrid and Manchester City over the past few months, which has sparked the Red Devils to keep an eye on him too.
The Portuguese international has scored 10 goals for his club this season and was called up to the national team for the first time in August.
Porto is expected to offer the young forward a new contract quite soon and it is said that it will push his release clause up to €60million (R923m).
Jose Mourinho is believed to be looking to bolster his striking options for next season, as Zlatan Ibrahimovic might only be around for one season and the club may consider selling Wayne Rooney.
