Kaizer Chiefs have re-called Lucky Baloyi from his loan stint at Moroka Swallows and re-signed defender Keegan Ritchie.
Baloyi captained Swallows last season and was one of the standout performers for them, despite the side going down to the National First Division at the end of the 2014/15 PSL campaign.
The midfielder’s return to Chiefs was announced at the club’s press conference in Naturena this morning.
Another player returning to Chiefs is Ritchie. The defender played for Bloemfontein Celtic last season. Siwelele previously told the Siya crew that they had been in talks with Chiefs for a potential swap deal involving Ritchie and Baloyi.
Having missed out on Camaldine Abraw, after claiming that they had signed the Togo international on a pre-contract, Celtic have also missed out on Baloyi.
The Mokopane-born player has been given the number 35 jersey to wear in Steve Komphela’s team next season.
