With his form currently out of sorts, does Kaizer Chiefs midfielder Reneilwe Letsholonyane need a break?
The 31-year-old midfielder played a vital role in the Amakhosi’s league and cup double last season, playing in 31 games for the club throughout the length of the season.
Meanwhile, the midfielder has also played 17 games for Bafana Bafana since the start of last season, taking his total of games to just under 50 over the last 12 months.
‘Yeye’ has been struggling for form of late, uncharacteristically giving the ball away more regularly than usual and it could be that he has been overloaded and fatigued.

The Bafana international didn’t have the best of games when Chiefs snatched a draw against Moroka Swallows this week, and with Siyabonga Nkosi now back in contention for a place in the team, it could be that Stuart Baxter decides to give Letsholonyane a rest.

As well as Nkosi, Lucky Baloyi could also be an option for the Glamour Boys looking towards this weekend’s tie with current PSL leaders, SuperSport United.
