The Brazilians will travel to the Borg El Arab Stadium in Alexandria carrying a 3-0 advantage from the first-leg game played at the Lucas Moripe Stadium on Saturday.
"Look it is exciting to be in the final. We went out there with a plan and it worked out. There is still work to be done though as the job is only half done," Modise told his official website.
Apart from preparing for the last game of the continental competition for this campaign, Downs will also have to quickly start preparing for the Telkom Knockout.
Pitso Mosimane's side has been drawn to host Polokwane City in the last 16 of this year's competition at the Lucas Moripe Stadium on 27 October.
