TS Galaxy chairman Tim Sukazi is hoping one of the club's key players will be open to signing a new contract, but admitted that he would not stand in anyone's way should they look to make a move.
The Siya crew has reported of Orlando Pirates' interest in Galaxy winger Shaune Mogaila, who will see his contract with the Rockets coming to an end in June 2022.
In January, Mogaila will be able to sign a pre-contract with any club that shows an interest and makes a concrete offer, but Galaxy will also be looking to keep the player beyond the expiration of his contract.
"Mogaila's contract is one those coming to an end. There has been talk about Mogaila, linking him to certain clubs. Sometimes these things are orchestrated by agents. They become two-faced. They come to you as a club and say one thing, yet they talk to other people about the same player and obviously they would want to get the benefit of both. We know this kind of behaviour and at the end of the day it's up to the player," Sukazi told the Siya crew.
"If he thinks TS Galaxy is the right club to be with in the immediate future, then we are here. But if he thinks he can be somewhere else, then it's something you cannot stop. We can only assist him with that move and wish him well. We are that kind of club."
