Kaizer Chiefs fans have grown complacent and it's time to accept that, if something is never meant to be, then the man in charge should be let go. During pre-season, fans elected the best line up and it won the team the Carling Black Label Cup.
But what did the coach win? Mr Motaung must see that the team is struggling and that history always repeats itself. When Steve Komphela was at Chiefs as a player, the team didn't do well, and as a coach, the team is still not doing well, so what more do fans want? Perhaps the club should let the coach go. Maybe, if the team wants to retain him, it's okay, but not as the coach, perhaps he could be the spokesperson considering how well-spoken Mr Komphela is. The fans have lost their faith in Steve as a coach and, to avoid a catastrophe, it's time that upper management listens to what they have to say.
Do you think the club's fans for Steve Komphela to leave the club should be heard?
