Baroka FC and Polokwane City played to a 2-2 draw in the recent Polokwane derby, and the two teams didn't disappoint in terms of goals and the football they dished out. Supporters Club spoke to Joe "JP" Phasha, a Baroka FC fan, about the game and how things unfolded.
"It was a great game, from both sets of players. I was happy with the fighting spirit from our boys," he said.
"The scoreline, though, wasn't a true reflection of the game. I believe we should've wrapped it up from the first half already. We should've scored two or three goals in the first half. It's the nature of the game, though, but I so wish that our boys can finish off their chances when they get them; be more clinical in front of goals.
"The game lived up to the hype that surrounded it, though, and hopefully when we meet Kaizer Chiefs on Wednesday, we will be more clinical in front of goals.
"I also want to urge all our supporters to come in numbers on Wednesday, when we face Chiefs."
