Orlando Pirates midfielder, Menzi Masuku, is pleased with his progress at Pirates thus far but is wary of becoming too comfortable.

Masuku made a name for himself at the Buccaneers towards the end of last season when he made four league appearances and scored four goals in the process.
The 22-year-old has already started two of Pirates’ four Absa Premiership games and will be looking to build on his impressive start to his Bucs career and avoid the second season blues this campaign.
“I am happy with how things have turned out for me thus far, although I don’t want to say I am satisfied. A satisfied mind creates a comfort zone. In football there is always room for improvement and one should never stop learning.”
“I gained a lot of experience playing in the MultiChoice Diski Challenge as well as playing in the first team last season. Getting the U23 national team call-ups were just a cherry on top.”
“I am happy about how I have conducted myself in the Orlando Pirates first team so far and I am happy that people are starting to recognise that I have a lot to offer across all levels. I am also happy that in my maiden season in the PSL I managed to get some game-time in the team,” Masuku told Soccer Laduma.
