With the end of the transfer window approaching, we look at five African stars, including two South Africans, who could still quit the Premier League this season.
Manchester City's Ivorian duo of Wilfried Bony and Yaya Toure both seem far down in Pep Guardiola's pecking order at the Citizens.
Toure has been left out of City's first two competitive matches of the season, while Bony, who also did not play in their opening two games, was not named in the team's 2016/17 UEFA Champions League squad.
Both have been linked with moves away from the Etihad, with Toure reportedly turning down massive offers from China, while Bony is said to also have attracted interest from outside the Premier League.
Chelsea's John Obi Mikel is another African star who could perhaps make a move away from England this season, especially with Blues manager with Antonio Conte having brought in N'Golo Kante, seemingly pushing the Nigerian further away from a regular starting spot.
Mzansi stars Steven Pienaar and Tokelo Rantie could also be heading out of England in this window, despite the former training with Sunderland.
Black Cats boss David Moyes recently said he will wait another week to decide whether or not to sign Pienaar, while Rantie has reportedly attracted interest from Switzerland's FC Zurich after he was left out of Bournemouth's plans for this season.
Both South African stars have also been linked with moves back to the PSL, although their high wage demands could deter any bids.
