Why 3v3 Street Soccer?
Gone are the days of traditional play; the dynamic nature of 3v3 soccer captures the essence of urban culture and grassroots competition. With just three players on each crew, max 4, this format encourages fast-paced gameplay, agility, and unparalleled teamwork. It's not just about the score; it's about creativity, strategy, and showcasing individual skills in an intimate setting.
Event Highlights:
• Unique Courts: Teams will compete in a series of short matches, ensuring plenty of action and the opportunity to showcase their talents in unique courts. Our courts are made up of cages in all different shapes using the city environments.
• Unique Rules: Each level of games has a unique set of rules depending on the court as well as the level. Crews get points for scoring goals, hitting targets and shibobo's. Players earn points for dealing out a shibobo, while the player who's been shibobo'ed or dissed loses points.
Who Can Participate?
We invite teams from all skill levels, ranging from local clubs to casual players looking to have a once in a lifetime experience. All players must be 18 and over - we will have under 18 leagues at our locations.Registration is open until 20th May 2025, with limited number of teams in each city securing their spots in this historic tournament. How it works?
Register your crew - there is a registration fee of R480/crew - This books your spot in the UGS experience.
Level 1 - Joining a weekly league or once-off tournament in your city.
Level 2 - The top crews in these leagues will be invited to VIP events. These events will eliminate crews and we will find the TOP 6 in each city.
Level 3 - The TOP 6 crews in each city will compete against each other with only the top 2 teams going through. These TOP 6 crews in each city will be part of the first ever pro street league in 2026.
Level 4 - The TOP 6 crews in SA will battle it out for the title of the, Street Kings of South Africa!
Prizes:
Winners - R240 000 cash
Second place - R120 000 cash
